Seiko 6139-600X Crown & Pusher Seals: Part Numbers

Hi, looking at the various sellers of these seals, I am finding a lot of different numbers and no clear differentiation between crown stem and pusher seals.
Are they different or the same?
What are the part numbers?
Who should I buy from?
I can see from videos how to remove the pusher retaining ring, but not the crown stem. Is the stem retained by the ring, same as the pushers?

Head over to the Seiko Citizen Watch Forum. There are a few people who should be able to answer this off the top of their heads. IIRC these seals are actually “D” rings, not “O” rings. I have the dimensions around someplace, but can’t remember where.
