·These are very under-rated IMO, with most people focusing on the -8110. Unfortunately, those straps get a bit delicate after 50 years and often tear around the holes. I might be tempted to remove it and wear the watch with a repro strap.

·My January 1970 resist/resist. Who can understand the proof --> resist transition? Unless it is because mine is an 8009 for the US market.
