Hi, i have eyes on the Seiko Astronomical Observatory Chronometer but due to how rare it is, I sorta gave up on trying to find one. But recently, I found this Seiko 5626 7090 watch. I might buy it but there are a few things i would like to know.

First, is it real? I have been looking around on the details and to me, it looks legit enough (though the dial and the caseback ref. Are different by 1 number) the dial has 7090 while the caseback has 7091

Second, what is it's history? I know roughly that the 5626 is supposedly a famous movement plus it being a chronometer certified movement. But other than that i'm not sure on how rare it is, how others view it, etc.

Lastly, is it a seiko or a king seiko watch? Since the 5626 were used for King Seiko watches, but this watch is a seiko only. And if it is a seiko/king seiko, how much would it be worth?

Note: theyve sent me a video of the second hand and it seems to be a smooth sweep and the screw in between the lug to lug isnt there, im not sure if every 70xx has a regulation screw or not
