ยทDear all,
I was advised by fellow board members to create another thread asking for leads on independent watchmakers based in Bangkok Thailand who has experience restoring old, badly beaten up vintage Omega watches. The watches I am looking to restore are my heirloom pieces so I have following goals -
1. Keep original parts on the dial and bezel if possible. There are a few major cracks on crystal and bezel so someone with experience in that area would be ideal. With regard to the movement, replace anything if necessary
2. Some of the watches were repaired and redone in the past but incorrectly so. These need to be fixed with the right parts
3. Reasonable price.
I have one very helpful tip from a board member already but any additional suggestions or leads would be greatly appreciated as well.
Thanks in advance!
PS - these are the watches. There are more but after receiving advice, I plan on doing these two first.
