Second center hand authenticity

Hello all,
Firstly thank you for all the help I got from you for putting my ref# 166.026 Cosmic together. Almost ready to be assembled. I will post once it's finished. Now for the second part. I have this 471 movement that came with the original dial and I believe original hour/minute hands but the second sweeping hand is red and even though it's functioning perfectly it makes me think that it's not original because of the color. Although I came across a 2802 with 471 movement and a very similar dial and hands that had a bright blue second sweeping hand. here is the picture of my dial and hands, any opinions on this? By the way is the dial worth saving with scratches and Seamaster script fading? Thanks

Rule of thumb:

Gold dial hardware should have gold hands

This isn't a hard and fast rule, especially in the 1970s, but, yeah, this isn't from the 1970s, and that doesn't look right

Red hand: small cup with paint stripper. Red hand in. After a day or two, paint will peel of. Then either silver or gold.....
