路Is there no automatic rotor? If not, I think it would work as a manual wind watch just fine, but pay accordingly. Also, don't expect it to be waterproof without having a watchmaker test it to verify. (By the way, the dial looks okay to me, but my eye is not well trained)

路I was thinking how much I would like a black dial, then I realized my first and second favorite watches (the speedmaster and chronostop) have black dials.

路Black dials can be a blessing or a curse in my opinion, you definitely have to find a watchmaker that either never touches black dials, or have experience caressing black dials, example: https://www.instagram.com/roberto.tarabella_watchmaker/

路The dial itself looks original to me. Did the hands lose their lume? If not the dial maybe have been relumed as the hands have aged to a much darker shade than lume plots which does happen naturally sometimes but they look awfully white in that one photo.

I agree, the lume plots put me off.
