Seamaster watch box search

I posted about this a while ago. I am in searching for a replacement box for my omega seamaster 2252.50 as it has become extremely worn. I found a listing on eBay for 140 and it looks pretty good. I am wondering what other people have to say about it. Seeing as it is a little bit worn it looks legit to me. Also wondering how u prevent that from happening . Thanks!
