Well, that dial is either a service replacement or a repainted one done recently because the fonts are completely wrong for that era. I don't think that watch should have Seamaster on the dial at all. Not only that, those hands do not go with that dial. I'd walk away as there's too much that's fishy about this watch and that price is WAY too high.
