·Sent my POC for service via AD and when I picked it up I noticed the chrono hand not aligned with either the Omega symbol or the lume marker at 12 O'Clock.
I of course refused it and stated it was never like that before and after a chat where the manager said he'd seen chrono hands off before and it's not an issue?! WTF the AD staff said they would send back to be rectified.
Like a fool I didn't take any photos of the watch before but in reality every high end watch I see has hands that line up perfectly with all aspects of the face right? Or am I being stupid?
