Seamaster ebay listing, fake or redial? Please help

Interested in this ebay listing, possibly redial or franken watch, but beyond my knowledge say exactly why.
Listing states 2814 - 4 SC.
Black dial for me to start worrying.
Please help evaluate the item. The all three photos from listing is downloaded and attached.

at first i thought a franken until you provided the other seamaster, its at least had a redial and the case is way polished

another comparable one, which looks legit to me within my limited knowlege
please advise.
?case over polished, lugs margins rounded
?too dark / too fresh lettering on the first photo
?no T by the swiss made
