Hi is this dial correct or is it a refinish?

Definitely a redial. The Lume dots have been redone and the word Seamaster has been repainted.

 

Eek! Run, Forrest, run! If you can find Seamaster printed like that on another watch (not to mention the crown), I'll buy it for you.
