I'm very new to this and looking to pick up my first vintage Omega (most likely a Seamaster).

Does this seem like the price is too steep for what it is?

The case looks to have been polished quite a lot and the dial has been poorly reprinted. You are mistaken thinking this is a De luxe of any kind. I would not advise buying this watch at any price. Keep looking.
