Hello everyone,
before making the purchase I would like to understand why there is no SWISS MADE writing at the bottom of the dial ... has it been retouched? the seller declares that everything is original, except the strap

Here’s mine:

I’m not an expert on this reference, but mine has - T Swiss Made T - at the bottom and the fonts look pretty much the same at first glance.

I'd be more worried about the obvious signs of catastrophic water ingress than the missing text to be honest.

surely it would be worse, but if the seller declares that the dial is all original that's what I expect...

Oh I fully agree, but have you seen the movement yet? Moisture ingress that affects the dial is often the tip of the iceberg.

With that water damage you will see the movement in dire need of an overhaul.
I would let it go.

Well that looks lovely but personally I wouldn't be able to get on with that dial.
