I came across this fairly local to me, but a few things stand out as not right.
Supposedly it was just serviced by Omega and the crown and pushers were replaced.

But how about the sub dial hands, and the actual sub dials them selves, all wrong ? i cant seem to find another 2907 that has those markings on the sub dial.

The subdial at 6 oclock looks like it was hand written on, i would not thing thats from factory.
It was apparrently 1 of 180 watches that were made for a company called Alcan and given as a corporate present.

the other number on the caseback inside, is 315.164

    Are my suspicions correct ?

    Thanks all
