Hopefully you did not buy this watch and are here to ask questions before purchase?

I'll play. Can we see a photo of the back? And a better photo of the dial, especially the "Steamaster" or "Sheamaster", or whatever it says.

So I have two recommendations for you:

1. Don't buy the watch in question.
2. Do a lot of more homework before considering a vintage watch and come here with questions (and better pictures) before purchasing.
