Hi,
Looking for views on this Seamaster from what I have read on the forum these are quite desirable pieces
to have in your collection
I already have a very nice jumbo seamaster chronometer with a 354 movement and thought this would make a good
Companion for it

Looks good to me. Movement needs a good clean and service but, I think these are lovely watches. Do you have another movement shot showing the regulator?

I know you have a very nice 354 jumbo 😉 and this would go well with that. Wondering if @ConElPueblo knows this watch?

Cheers, Chris

Nope, sorry - but a great movement in a nice reference. The case looks somewhat worn, but otherwise correct. If @Snowman is looking to buy it, I'd suggest getting more photos of the dial, as the angle and lighting easily could hide bubbling or other damage.

Movement looks pretty good and complete although with some plating loss, but as @ConElPueblo says, focus on the dial and case.👍

A service on these can take a fair amount of money as the 330 series often have a lot of wear so, bear that in mind.

Cheers, Chris

This is beginning to look interesting some members who I have a lot of respect for seem to be looking quite favourable on this piece
More dial photos

Is it me being pedantic or does the second finger look slightly long

Seconds hand looks fine, just the case is off-putting, but finding a better one shouldn't be too difficult since 2577s are pretty plentiful.

Just a donor watch with a better case, 351/354.

Wouldn’t it be better to keep the piece original from an investment prospective

Looks a-ok to me. Worthwhile addition to most any collection.

It's a decent enough watch but I would say buy it only if you like it, not based on what someone else thinks. I wouldn't buy it as an investment, but then I'd never buy any collectable as an investment.

I have just come across another example that looks to have a better dial and case still with the 352rg movement
Waiting for some photos will post when I receive them
