Any thought on this 007? I do not have the watch and this is the only photo I currently have. Before proceeding I would like your input on what you see. Anything that seems off or is the watch worth pursuing?

You’ll need more pics before you get a definitive answer but there are a couple of things that make me rather wary so it could well be dodgy.

Never buy a watch based on just one photo, of course you have to trust the seller, but also you have to trust your eyes.

While Omega did make a Seamaster that looked like this for the 50th anniversary of the Bond movies, it was also faked extensively. With only a single picture to go by and I would be dubious it's real. As others have said, buy the seller. Also, I would never buy one of these Bond limited edition watches without the full kit and papers. Selling the watch only almost guarantees its a fake, unless it is from a reputable gray market dealer.

Come on OP, help us help you.

What’s the asking price? If it’s dirt cheap that should set alarm bells ringing.
Why can’t the seller provide more pics?
Who’s selling it?
What are your thoughts?

Is the position of the He valve wrong? Its seems like its centred on the 10 o'clock.

Based on the official Omega photo of the watch, the watch in the OP's photo is not one that came from Omega. The 3 o'clock marker is missing and the He valve is in the wrong place. Also, the crown is not tall enough and is missing the raised center section of the crown that the original has.

That's a fake. Look at that Omega logo with the happy feet and the lume pip. Terrible.
