Hello OF!!!

Finally got this beauty back from servicing with a new crystal too. I still trying to ID it. I think it’s prob a 420 cal from 1950s maybe? Defiantly not something you see everyday. Anyone else that have something similar or more info??? I still have to get a band for it, but for now just pics from my palm 😉

Happy Feast week!

Did the person who serviced the watch take any photos of the caseback or movement? I am surprised they did not note this information.

Thank you. I messaged my watchmaker. We will see if he took some pics. He sent me a few showing the gasket and lever needing repair so maybe he took one of the full movement.

I do. Mine is a ref. 14390 cal. 284 from 1956. Do our cases match?

There’s one very similar going atm...

https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https://www.ebay.co.uk/ulk/itm/183518652804

‘61 according to the serial but ‘69 inscribed on the back. Cal. 285.

Not mine, I might add, just remember browsing it a few days ago.
Males me wonder if my Seamaster hands are original. These look somehow more right to me, plus they match @Enchanted ’s hands. Any thoughts?

I was wondering the same thing with the hands. You can see the luminous dauphine hands in some variations just like my watch and some not. Im already traumatized with my other Seamaster since people here tells me the hands are wrong, but my watchmaker, keeps fighting me saying that Omega never had those hands for that Seamaster ref. Are the ones above alpha or leaf? I cant really tell.
