Seamaster 300m Midsize question

I have a 2007 300m automatic, and had it serviced at Luxury Watch service in London last year. Since I got it back the run time seems low. I can manually give it a good wind (say a minute of winding) then wear it for a couple of days, but if I take it off, sometimes it's stopped by the following morning. is there a proper way to wind a watch up before wearing it ?
When winding should I be able to feel the winder rotating in the watch ? I have a Speemaster and can feel the rotor spinning if I manually wind it.

I don't know how long it should run but doesn't seem right to me.

The behaviour of your watch doesn't sound normal at all. I suspect a fault may have developed with the rotor mechanism. I had a similar issue with my midsize Seamaster Pro 2551.80 in 2020. A year after being serviced by Omega for a date wheel issue, it developed problems with power reserve. Despite being on a watch winder, it would sometimes stop unexpectedly. I sent it back to Omega for rectification under warranty. Since then I haven't had any issues and I do notice the rotor inside spinning more freely, so maybe they didn't quite put my watch back together correctly the first time round. Manual winding of an automatic watch doesn't cause the rotor inside to spin as far as I'm aware. Hope this helps you.
