I bought this new, only worn very occasionally, it has zero scratches on the crystal, bezel, hard to see hairline on one corner of the case that I could not see in pictures, and minor hairlines on the caseback. It has not been polished or touched up. The clasp has had a protective film since new so there are minimal to nil desk diving marks on that too. It comes with everything that came with it originally (cards, cool springloaded box, manual, etc). Runs to COSC specs.
