Likely an Omega service dial - but not a nice one!
Looks like the dial from a CK 14755, which was only available for a short period. See this link with a picture from a catalog showing it:

But that was a different case, so this dial is not original to the watch. Might be from an older watch, might be an incorrect service dial. Can't tell from the low quality pictures. I'd be concerned about the lack of a crown -- how long has it been missing? Is there any rust hidden in the movement?
The dial is not correct, however you look at it. So the watch is not going to have much value. Automatic pass for me.
Thank you for the answear calalum.
I thought to make an offer since the auction starts from €2500 and I suppose to be a good one to own a Seamaster but I didn't know it is a fake
An incorrect dial does not make the watch a fake. Better not spread that kind of assumptions.
I think this watch was sold like 2mths ago on ebay...If I remember well, it went for cca 2700 pounds.
May be different watch, but I doubt...I was bidding on it... CB case, wrong service dial, missing crown...I may find a pic somewhere stil..
Errata corrige: it starts from €1800
