Seamaster 300 - correct 20mm end links for 1171 bracelet?

Hi there

I just bought a 1171 bracelet from my local Omega boutique to fit to my Seamaster 300 (166.0324). I had read on another site that the correct end links were ref. 633 links but I now find that these appear to be too wide for the lugs on my SM300 - apparently the 633 might be for 21mm?

I'd also like to be able to fit the bracelet to my 3570.50 and Tintin Speedy Pros. Hopefully the same set of links will do the trick.

Having looked elsewhere, I now glean that there may be such a thing as a 623 end link (for 20mm?) but before I spend another £70 I'd be very grateful for any advice.

Thanks in advance to any generous members who can share their insights.

They are meant to be slightly oversized, so that they can be filed to a perfect fit. Topic is discussed here:

Thanks again for your collective advice. Unsurprisingly, my local Omega Boutique refused to fit the bracelet, but my local jewellers were able to carry out the work. For a very reasonable £30.

Pictured here with my 2254.50.

I just did the same thing, it took about 10 minutes to file the 633 end links down to fit correctly.

What is the source of that mesh bracelet? Looks great.

Thanks!

Vintage 633 endlinks seem to work with 2254 Seamastet 300m nicely as well.

In addition to bags1971's reply, these are also available from Omega (ref. 1380/237). I think you'd pay less from a boutique than from that eBay supplier.

Mine came attached to the 166.0324 pictured above.
