    Hi everyone,

I recently purchased a 165.024 which had an incorrect hand set, and am looking for a baton/candlestick set to make the watch correct.

I just was wondering how often these parts appear on the market, as another member has a set available and I don't know if I will kick myself later if I pass them up now?

Why are you asking? If there's a set available, why would you not snap them up?

If you like them I would buy them now. If not place an ad in the WTB section later.

The set are a bit corroded/discoloured, so they will do as they are the same greeney colour as my dial, but I was hoping to wait for a 'better' pair. I don't know if I'm being too picky!

Here is a slightly better photo to show the lume, which is a light green colour, except the 3 marker which has darkened (from moisture via the crown?)

These are the hands on offer by a fellow member. To be honest I'm probably just being picky, and need some convincing. And I may have waited too long anyway!

I’d suggest buying what’s available, keep watch for a better set, then sell these on when you source a pair that’s better. You will likely break even with no trouble.

Those hands can be cleaned up and the lume matched.
