Well, the movement looks pretty nice. Personally, the dark, uneven spotting on the dial would put me off. Note that the case is so heavily polished, the formerly thick gold-cap has holes on the lugs. You didn't share what you paid (which is perfectly fine, of course); if it was very cheap and you don't mind the condition issues then by all means, enjoy it!

Dial looks original to me, but water damaged. Explains the spots. Movement should be inspected by a watchmaker. It’s possible that there is no damage to movement or appropriate parts were replaced.

The edges on the case have been totally polished off. Hopefully you did not pay too much for it.

A good starter Omega.

Looks gold capped to me, not plated. Which makes the condition of the case even more surprising.

It’s possible that there is no damage to movement or appropriate parts were replaced.

It is gold capped. Not plated. From below, you can see that the underlying case is stainless steel, not a base metal for plating.

What I meant is that while the movement may look good, there still could be hidden water damage.
