I'm thinking the dial on this is 18k. Any value opinions, as I'm thinking of selling it. Thanks in advance.
I don’t think that started until mid-to-late 1960’s. Gold dials on contemporaneous Constellation DeLuxe models were not marked “OM”. I think an 18K dial is theoretically possible here, although I’ve not seen one with this pattern before. There’s only one way to find out… gatorcpa
If you want to know, have it tested. This thread just looks like a fishing expedition, and at the rate you have been contributing, you won't have 200 posts until the year 2218.
I think original dial but to assure that it’s 18k dial or not , you can visit the watchmaker to see the backside of the dial ? Also, pls share your results.
