Hello all. Still on a quest for a black dialled Seamaster daily wearer. Opinions on this one greatly appreciated. From what I can see the case is polished, it's a redial, and wrong crown. Hands will need to be replaced. Movement looks to be in good shape. One question I have--is this a mid-size boys model, or a men's watch? The seller wants $275 for it, is this reasonable considering all the imperfections? As always, thank you! s-l1600 (1).jpg s-l1600 (2).jpg s-l1600 (3).jpg s-l1600.jpg

I think that's a small one. Cal 470 is 25mm, so the watch is probably about 30mm.

    Yep, it's a 31mm version.

    Size? Condition? Needs work?
If you were to correct the correctable would it enhance the value? the aesthetic?
I can tell you from experience, that size is an issue. We all see watch auction pictures at an exaggerated scale. The reality is some watches look good in a case or a picture but not on your wrist.
