Seamaster 14755-61 inside case back issue

Hi all,

Spotted this really nice 14755-61 with great dial and insert. The watch comes with an EoA but apparently lacks the ref no stamped inside. Patina of the case back correspond with case.

Seller says he put this question to Omega when he applied for the EoA with scan of the case back included and their reply to him was to send him the EoA.

How big of a problem is this and is it a common thing during this period...........
