Seamaster 120 vs 300. (And a real/fake?)

I have seen limited discussion on the seamaster 120 vs 300 other than size. Are there other significant considerations?

this gem? Is for sale. I’ve seen posts identifying “fakes” and this passes many of the checks to me (12 notches between hour marks not 10, white not gray writing, etc) but also some red flags (no photo of movement or back or watch, space between “Swiss” and “made”, and maybe the “A” at the end of OMEGA.

I appreciate your thoughts and feedback.
