I was wondering if I could get any information about if this could be a authentic watch or not by just these pictures, the guy selling it was asking $500 and I didn’t think that was bad at all. If it is real. He did say it came with all warranty cards and owner’s manuals I’m not sure if that’s something people fake as well to go with fake watches? Thanks

This watch is a fake. Lume pip on the bezel is wrong, hour markers at 12 o’clock on the dial are misaligned, the clasp looks goofy, etc.

Offering it for $500 didn't ring any alarms?

And looking at the watch, no such model even exists. Certainly not with a bezel like that on a pre-ceramic wave dial. One glance and its an immediate fake. Other than the bezel, just look at that ridiculous looking date font and lume pip. And the crown guards too.. And that clasp is wrong. Its not even a 007 edition, so what's with the 007 logo? Good grief.

Here's the real deal that I have.

How many times does it have to be said? If it sounds too good to be true, why bother even asking? You're wasting everyone's time. It obviously isn't real.

It is forum, I don’t mean to waste peoples time but, isn’t that the point of a forum getting help on something you don’t understand? I don’t spend thousands of dollars on a time keeping device it seems ridiculous when the best way would be simply checking your phone. I appreciate everyone else’s help just didn’t know if it was getting a killer deal will steer clear of
    It.

It’s a poor fake that is $500 overpriced. We’re all new once. Keep reading and you’ll soon understand how to spot cheap fakes like this.

Some of those early Bond Quartz Seamasters sell for $1000-$1200 range. So it wasn't that far off.
Just keep comparing and you'll pick up on the subtle differences in no time.

Am also not good at spotting these differences.

So i only buy from ADs/Boutiques.

    If needed, from reputable sellers.

Even then, can never be 100% sure given the number of great replicas around.

Price would indeed be a good indicator. And one must really research the watch and the seller.

Here’s mine. I hope it’s real. Since bought from a reputable online seller.

That's real. The fakes of the SMP 2220.80 and 2531.80 that were made in the past are terrible as evident by the pic the OP posted. Thankfully the fakers aren't making them anymore. The fake makers are now mainly focused on making the current range of ceramic waves SMP's that looks very convincing and hard to tell.
