    good morning,

i am an omega fan, mostly flightmaster, but I have inherited the sea dweller watch from my father, and i am also more than happy

    it's a 1995 model (will post pictures)

my concern is that at this moment the bracelet is a little tight for me, it is tight, and summer is being an intense thing, now it is at the maximum of the possible regulation, i will not need a lot of extra size, but

that is, I must add a link to the bracelet

the question is that now the clasp is very well centered in my wrist, so question is to know where I should add it so that the clasp remains centered,

this is in which of the two sides of the bracelet should I add the link, if i am not mistaken the possibility of adding a link on both sides is present

any help will be very welcome

some images of the new old friend...

I think you’ll want to add the link on this side of the bracelet:

This way, the extra length added will be taken in under the clasp when you fine tune the fit via micro adjustments. That should help you keep the clasp in the center

That is a good looking piece!

That’s how I would try it as well. Or just remove the bracelet and wear it on a NATO for the summer.

    In Europe if possible…

I am crazy about straps and frequently change like almost daily on some pieces. But my Sea Dweller, no. The bracelet is perfect. I would also not like the extra height from a NATO. I leave my SD 16600 on the original bracelet.

Generally the 12 o'clock side should be longer than the 6. Often considerably longer.

So did it as you said, all worked well, used a microdab of loctite medium to Block the screws, now I can set the bracelet lenght for summer/winter
    Thank you

My Sea Dweller is a 16660, very similar to yours and I agree. I've tried rubber, leather and even a Jubilee that came with my GMT. I like the Oyster best of all.
