It is neither a screw or snap back case.
It's known as a Uni-shell or Uni-coc where the case is one complete module.
The movement can only be removed by dismounting the crystal or removing the bezel/crystal and removing the movement from the front.

The watch is also a fantasy re-dial, I have never ever seen a dial like this on a Seamaster, but I've only seen thousands of them so maybe this one is a genuine Omega dial.

Maybe?

Valuation for what?

Movement is average and dial is not close to original.

Haven't bought that design in many years (never a favorite), but it's also not a Seamaster and no reference number inside the case (again haven't owned one in more than 15 years

Reverse the deal. Terrible dial. Points to a terrible watch with more surprises quite possible....

With that dial the movement is the least of your concerns.

OK I bought this in germany 2006 assuming it was a redial on a seamaster I still like it and wear it often
are you saying that the case and dial are fake but the movement is original
I want to know what I have in my collection and welcome as much info as possible

Only the dial is a repaint assumably, it's not the end of the world

You need a fine tool that's used to open snap casebacks, but in this case, it's not the caseback that snaps, but the bezel that also holds the crystal, on the side of the watch, there's a very fine line between the case and the bezel, you need to yank it - I've never done it on a SMDV myself, inspected mine but I can't see an easy place to do it either

My bad.

Watch is a Seamaster (missed the back image).

Do a Google search on Omega Seamaster caliber 552 to see what the dial could have looked like.
