Be thankful it's Vietnam. Many expats try to do the same sort of thing in the Philippines and a few succeed, most fail due to the rampant corruption. What ends up happening is local officials take notice once things are up and running and muscle their way in-take the place over. You won't have that to worry about where you are 👍

·Amazing undertaking damn I picked up all kinds of work lately with the thoughts of doing it now so I dont need to do it forever but you have yourself set up for a beautiful time. I would think one couldn’t get tired of sights like that.
