Scam or fake?

Surely this is a scam or a fake, but I can't figure out how. What say you? Am I missing out on an amazing deal? I tried looking at other examples of the reference and it does not appear to be an obvious fake, but there are no movement shots. The seller has 0 feedback, and the shipping is more than double the asking price. It all seems quite sketchy, but I am not sure exactly what the scam is.

Shipping is typically not refundable on ebay ($419 here), and this seller has no feedback. So I'm guessing the scam is they hope to keep the money they receive for shipping, even when the purchase price is refunded.

If it sounds too good to be true it almost always is. All pictures are low resolution as well.
Could also be genuine but stolen. Seller wants to flip it fast.

There is also the possibility these aren’t even their images and they are selling the idea of a too good to be true opportunity.

I suspected this might be the case, but I did not know about refund policy on shipping. I think you are correct.
