Saying hello from the UK

Hi all,

I’ve just joined the forum after stumbling across it while searching for vintage Omegas. I’m new to the world of Omega but I have a few other pieces (a rolex, a JLC, an Oris etc) and in interest in vintage Seiko. I’m feeling that a vintage Omega would sit very nicely alongside what I have already. I’ve read through various of the different threads and forum topics and this place looks like a mine of info courtesy of real enthusiasts and experts.

Apologies in advance as I’ll no doubt have many questions.

I’ve already found the ‘for sale’ listings and am on the hunt for a jumbo with a black dial and/or gold case!

Good to receive a nice introduction from a new member. So many new members just post (and I paraphrase), “I have this watch. Is it genuine and what’s it worth?”.

You’ll have to post a few pictures.
