Hello Everyone !

Today happened the the first major event in the brand’s relaunch, a journey steeped in history and heritage ...

It started in Geneva at Phillips, where we assisted to a presentation of carefully curated vintage pieces. Among the highlights was an original SAS Polerouter, worn by the pilot on the inaugural SAS flight over the North Pole.

From there, we made our way to the airport for a flight to Copenhagen—the same city where that historic first polar flight took place exactly 70 years ago.

Upon arrival at the Geneva airport, we gathered in a private lounge, where we enjoyed champagne, great food, and an engaging conversation centered around the Polerouter and its place in horological history.

We then boarded a special SAS flight dedicated to Universal Genève, with a dinner service during the flight ...

What a day! Every detail of this event was meticulously thought out, making it an incredible experience from start to finish 😉

More to come tomorrow!

Amazing, thank you very very much for the information and pictures. I am so excited what we will see in the future.

Keep the news and updates coming please!😎👍

I am not too sure about the renderings of the Re-Issued pieces, need to see pictures from the real thing before I know how I feel about them.

Excited with the prospects of what this relaunch potentially means for the brand but also happy to see that this first release has resisted the temptation to stray from the brand and the specific Polerouter models and stick with the look and size of the original without being a facsimile.

Well done to those from these forums involved and looking forward to more behind the scenes coverage.

The new release pics look great at first glance. Looks like a really cool event. Shared these on IG, but thought would post them here as well....

Mattia and I from The Polerouter book were both fortunate enough to have been part of such an incredible and historic event (and to have met @Florent of course).

It was abundantly clear that the heritage of the brand is extremely important, as is the high level of craftsmanship associated with 'Le Couturier de la Montre'.

I am extremely excited to see what comes next.

Truly sorry I missed the opportunity to see you both in person this time, and to meet Florent, but looks like a fantastic event. Keep up the great work, and I hope to connect in person next time!

I would love to see an modern 40mm+ 10364-2 Polerouter Jet, but keeping the art deco lettering!

That's one of the coolest retro watches out there, and super unique for art deco lovers

If I'm understanding the press, UG will be the upmarket brand to Breitling?

Reviving a middle market (?) brand as a upmarket brand seems bold, but maybe I'm not fully understanding the UG history.

In case you missed it, there is already quite the discussion on this exact topic
