·Hi OF,
I'm looking to make a significant watch purchase in the NY to celebrate the arrival of child #2.
My long term options have been between the Tag Heuer Calibre 11 blue Monaco or the 3861 Speedy Sapphire.
I know which option this forum would choose & I'm weekly alternating on which to go for. Head says Speedy, heart Monaco.
Anyways I digress. My main query is, I for one love the aged look of the speedies which usually seem to be the hesalite version, however sapphire will be my choice if I go for it, (applied logo, movement views and 3861 to look at), I wanted to know those that have the older sapphire 1861 versions, have these aged nicely? Photos please.
