I am sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but your watch is an old fake as seen by the fake hallmarks and poor "gold" case as well as the dial.

He means because it looks like the Omega text is drawn on with a Sharpie marker - ie it's quite poor.

I miss the old days when the fake watchmakers just didn't care.
It's getting too difficult to tell with some modern fakes!
