Is someone able to tell me what the l2l length is with the rubber strap? Moonwatch under the 3861 guise is 47/48mm correct? The pics look as though the rubber strap makes it slightly longer.

Thanks

Will be picking up my Speedy this week, and looking to possible purchase this strap also, what are the owners thoughts? Is it comfortable? Any issues?

I know my rubber strap on my Panerai was bloody un-comfy and a moisture keeper.

It's either this or the Silver Speedy sailcloth. (although I understand this is leather backed and not good if getting wet).

One thing I like on the rubber is the integrated look.

Just for information, if you are talking about the black Silver Snoopy strap with the white stitching it needs an 18 mm DP buckle, and not 16 mm. It's very comfortable but it is leather backed and not meant to get wet.

Very comfy. It has replaced the leather strap I originally bought my watch with.

I haven't measured it, and its kinda hard to get a measurement while its mounted on the watch, but I think its the same length as the leather strap. I'm using the same holes in the leather and rubber strap.

Ordered this in the short version when I first saw it on the panda Speedy. It finally came in and it feels awesome. Very thin, light and super comfy. Thinner than the rubber one on my Seamaster 300M. Very happy with it!

I’m wondering if this strap may fit to a Skywalker X-33… anyone tried this pairing?

Cool, thanks for sharing. I am a fan of rubber straps but never thought of wearing one with a Speedy. Not sure if I will but great option to know about.

Both sailcloth and good rubber look fantastic on speedys. obviously- imo.

These are Photoshopped images:

Do anyone think/know it would be possible to fit this strap on a X-33?

Most probably not "knowing" Omega' design policy, the rubber strap is designed for a 42mm case so would likely not line up with the lugholes on the 45mm case.

You're probably right; however, it's worth mentioning that the "rounded part" of the case (the part where the strap is attached) in the X-33 has the circumference of a circle with a diameter of ± 42 mm, while the 45mm spec is given by the guards on the sides of the case 😉 so if anyone could try, I'd be happy 😁

I just learned about these rubber stamps. A friend said I should look into these for my yellow gold Speedmaster. I doubt they have a yellow gold deployant. So I'm thinking a black deployant would look better, this way I could also wear it with my other Speedmaster watches. Does anyone know if there is a black deployant that is compatible with the rubber?

They definitely have a yellow gold deployant, this rubber strap was originally made for the new moonshine speedy with gold dial:

That is the moonshine gold deployant.

I am going to call the Naples, Florida OB today and order the rubber strap and ask about a deployant. I am not sure if they make a ceramic deployant that would fit, but I will ask. The black would allow me to use it on most all my Speedmaster watches. In addition to my yellow gold Speedmaster.
