Its risky on any vintage watch, when my 1680 was being serviced I got to see the pitting around the back seal and although it passed 100M, I'll never go swimming with it again. Pressure tests mean that at the time of test it passed, it makes no guarantees about the future water resistance of the watch. In the case of a Watchco SM300 or something I'd be fine diving with it, if you flood it you dry the dial out and re-use it or order a new one. The dial and hands in your 5513 are half the value of the watch, if you have one bad seal, or a crystal with a crack in it, your 5513 is toast, its a one shot deal.
