I have for sale a Rolex "Red" Submariner ref.1680 in great conditions, with an unpolished case, a perfect dial and a fantastic "ghost" bezel.
Serial number 3.3 milion, circa 1972/73.
The watch is original in every parts and runs well keeping good time.
CASE:
The case is even and thick, and in my opinion it was never polished.
Serial and reference number are fully visible.
Original 1680 stamped caseback.
BEZEL INSERT:
Original mk3 insert very good conditions with a beautiful "ghost" blue/grey shade.
DIAL/HANDS:
The dial is an original mk5 dial with creamy patina even on all plots and all lettering is clearly visible and correct.
The hands are tritium and match perfectly to the dial.
Tritium is original and was checked with UV light.
Original "waffle" lume that shows some "dirt" on plots.
Dial shows no chips around the rehault.
Correct open 6 and 9s date wheel.
BRACELET:
The bracelet is the original 9315 with 380 endings in very good conditions, and also the clasp is original to the watch.
MOVEMENT:
Correct 1575 caliber running well.
The movement was serviced 3 years ago according to the previous owner.
Asking 22800 Euro, insured shipping included.
I am not interested in any trade.
