I have for sale a 6.2 serial 5513 Maxi dial Mk2 in great conditions, with a strong case, a perfect dial with killer patina and an amazing grey/blue faded insert.
Serial dates back to 1980 and the dial is a fantastic example of 'Maxi dial' with the characteristic oversized hour plots.
The watch is original in every parts and runs well keeping good time.
CASE:
Even and thick case with original bevels.
Serial and reference number are fully visible.
Original 5513 caseback.
BEZEL INSERT:
Original Rolex MK3 insert with a grey/blue fading in very good conditions.
DIAL:
The dial is an original Maxi dial Mk2 variant with a beautiful cream patina even on all plots and all lettering is clearly visible and correct.
Huge oversized 'maxi' plots in perfect conditions.
The hands are tritium and match perfectly to the dial.
Tritium is original and was checked with UVA light.
BRACELET:
The bracelet is the original 93150 with 580 endings in very good conditions with 12 links.
Clasp is also original to the watch and the code (VD) matches the year of the serial.
MOVEMENT:
Correct 1520 caliber running well.
The movement was serviced 3 years ago according to the previous owner.
Asking 16500 Euro, insured shipping included.
