They told me 2 years. I didn’t anticipate them telling me they would be swapping parts. I figured they would keep what was serviceable. Probably takes much less time to replace then service. Time is money. I’ll get it back today.

https://www.nesbitswatchservice.com/rolex-services.html has SUPER good reputation between here and the Rolex forum. Rollieworks ALSO has great reputation (particularly for rebuilding bracelets!), but I hear they had a few bad feedbacks lately.
I don't know what you'll be able to find locally, but those would do. They both also can do laser-welding/case cleanup/refinishing/etc as you wish.
The bezel spring does seem tight. Is that because it’s new ? It spins and clicks of course. Just takes some effort to make it happen.
