Rolex OP Date - dial question?

Hi Guys!!

I have to please my wife with some goodies....🙄
So I am looking at a OP Date from 1984 ( a special date for her!).
Ref nr 69174.

But I have a hard time getting a grip on the dial, i think its a nice one, but I need to learn more,
can you help me with more info, or point me to a nice website?
And as usual, please do comment!

I do not have any more info right now except this picture, and I will look at it in person next week.

I know that the crystal is "of center"....And has a wrong bracelet...

I would look for a better example. Lady's size Rolexes are quite reasonable price-wise unless one is looking on the net. I would try local jewelry shops as usually lady's size watches sit for sale a long time now that the trend is for wearing larger watches. If you really need an exact year then I guess you have no choice to shop on the net but pick a ready-to-wear example instead of a project. Online dealers will be more than happy to take an offer on those small models. We sold a super nice late model one here on this forum not too long ago for just a shade over $2000 and it was just fully serviced.
