I have for sale a full set 8.1 serial GMT Master 16750 in great conditions, with a strong case, a perfect dial and beautiful Pepsi insert.
Serial dates back to 1983 and the dial is a stunning example of the transitional tritium "pallettoni" matte dial.
The watch was purchased in 1985 at the historical Rolex AD 'Juwelier Rüschenbeck' in Duisburg (Germany) and it comes from the first owner with the complete full set, including the original Rolex guarantee.
The watch is original in every parts and runs well keeping good time.
In production for only 9 years from 1980 to 1988, reference 16750 is a rare bird, compared to its ancestor ref. 1675, which was in production for 21 years.
Being an early representative of the model - made in 1983 - it still bears the “old-school” dial style with “pallettoni” tritium hour markers (1980-1983), while later examples feature instead the gold-rimmed “bicchierini” hour markers.
The presence of its punched guarantee - correctly bearing country code 100 (Germany) - and original box further amplifies the appeal of this remarkable timepiece.
CASE:
Even and thick case.
Serial and reference number are fully visible.

BEZEL INSERT:
Original Rolex blueback serif fat font "Pepsi" insert in excellent conditions with a with a beautiful fading to coral.
DIAL:
The dial is one of the most beautiful "matte dial" I happened to find, with a fantastic patina even on all plots, and all lettering is clearly visible and correct.
The hands are tritium and match perfectly to the dial.
Tritium is original and was checked with UVA light.
Dial shows no chips around the rehault and no scratches.
BRACELET:
The bracelet is the original 78360 with 580 endings in very good conditions with 13 links.
Also the clasp is original to the watch and the letter code matches.
BOX AND PAPERS
The watch comes with the full set: the original Rolex box (inner/outer) with "ref.16750" sticker, the Rolex warranty certificate (punched papers), the Rolex warranty holder (green folder), the Rolex calendar, the Rolex booklets ('Your Rolex Oyster' 'GMT Master'), Rolex GMT price tag, Rolex tag.
MOVEMENT:
Correct 3075 caliber running well.
Original "open 6" data disc.
The movement was serviced 5 years according to the previous owner and it was checked by my watchmaker
Asking 26500 Euro, insured shipping included.
