So...i could buy this watch. I'm not an expert in Rolex, not a member of their forum and maybe you could help me. I have my doubts on this watch.
What do you think about it?
All advice and tips about this watch are welcomed:)

The finish on the movement, the lack of a number for COSC, the hallmarks, the lume dots, etc.

I don't understand what you mean with the finish of the movement. Is a valjoux 72 with minimal finish from Rolex. I've seen a lot of 6263 without movement number.
In my opinion, and i wanna hear yours, is a franken watch. The movement is indeed a valjoux 72, maybe not from Rolex. The case is not from Rolex. I've never seen one like this. Also the bezel has some kind of a different font. The dial looks nice, but doesn't look authentic. And not from the lume dots, but by font used. The chronograph hands i think should be for this combination black, not yellow. I may be wrong, i'm not an expert in Rolex. This is way i've asked you.

The hallmarks that are questionable are on the backs of the lugs.

Gold 6263 and 6265 Rolex that are officially certified chronometers will have a number engraved on them. The dial and hands are not correct, (subsidiary dial hands should be black). Are you interested in buying this watch? If so your doubts, as well as your admission to not being an expert on Rolex should be reason enough not to buy this watch. Forums can be a good place for counterfeiters to learn so I'm not interested in educating them.

I've told what i think about it. I wanted to buy it, but i've had a lot of doubts.
I have no problem to talk about anything on forums. I'll be glad if the couterfeiters read this. I think will always exist fake watches and people that try to sell them. Our task is not letting the others to buy.

The "6263" engraving does not look right, and also the dial does not look right.

    Case is fake.

Here’s a pic to show proper 6263 markings:

Sounds like you’ve identified it thoroughly. What about this watch makes it a “franken” put-together? It appears you’ve identified that nothing on it is even Rolex?

the entire watch is fake. and not particularly good but goes to show the level that these fake plastic Daytonas have reached. the movement is a real V72. the font in the movement is off but the more obvious tell is the finishing. Rolex finish is much more elegant.

I’m pretty sure there’s about 5 billion photos online that counterfeiters can use for reference as well as actually buying a real one and having it hands-on. I really doubt they’re parsing individual posts on the OF to fine-tune their counterfeit watches

An expert is saying it’s a Very old Rolex 727 caliber which is original.
    But the case isn’t original.
    Can you guys comment ?

So 3.5 years later you are looking at this same watch?

Sorry to hear that. Your expert may be right about the movement, but as noted above, Rolex movements will generally have more consistent surface finishing, nicely beveled edges on all parts, etc. So it probably deserves a close look.
