Hello OF, I know this is not the Rolex Forum but maybe someone can spot something on this one. The watch has been serviced.
The seller told me than he doesnt know if the dial has been touched.
I think it has been repainted, the texture one the dial looks "granulated" just to be sure or someone have some information for this kind of reference.

Thank you for any help or advice !

I don’t know the reference, but zoomed in, the crown logo looks like a cave drawing, and the subseconds track is splotchy. I’d guess redial for sure. On the bright side, this might mean that the radium has been removed (lume shot/video?). For the right price, this would still be a fun wearer.

Unfortunately i have no lume shot or video, you are probably right about the dial, it looks too clean to be true for a watch from this period, looks impossible when we know the water resistance, it must have some oxydation marks.

I agree on what you said about the dial. I am also doubtful on the hands

Dial redone, and poorly. Case over polished. Honestly? Wouldn’t go anywhere hear that. Good luck with the search though, hope you find a beaut!

Took me nanoseconds to decide this is a poor redial. Not to say that you can’t find safe queens of an age out there. I have a few. One of the great things about this forum is that, despite the name, many brands are represented and the community knowledge base is broad.

This is what mine looks like. Canadian Oyster-cased variant, but similar dial layout.
