·For sale Rolex 1675 with a gilt dial on USA Jubilee
Age: approx 1963 depending on which online chart you use.
Box and papers: Watch, bracelet and invoice of independent watch maker
Price: 19,750 euros
Case: Pointed crown guards case in a good condition considering the age of the watch, case has been polished in the past. The pictures give a good impression of the case. Case has some pitting between the lugs. Serial and ref can be read. Serial is 696.###
Bezel: Very nice pepsi bezel which has faded lovely. The bezel is off course a period correct redback bezel.
Movement: Movement has just been serviced (march 2022) by one o the best Dutch independent watchmakers (Wesselink and Vreeker). Movement runs and winds therefore as it should.
Dial: Very nice gilt dial with original lume still intact. The gilt dial has no scratches or cracks. It's my understanding that these dials are usually found in the 875.### - 1.72m serialrange;
Hands: The original gilt hands remain in a very good condition. The lume in the hands have been filled by my watchmaker in march 2022 to match the lume on the dial.
Bracelet: Rolex USA Jubilee in good condition. Maximum stretch as shown on the pictures.
As can be seen in the pictures, the watch has a very nice vintage look with lovely patina on the dial and very cool faded bezel.
