I made this picture from my rather amazing Rising Sun this morning. Just had to throw it out there. It is so amazing!

I tried grey and maroon suede straps as well, but funny enough black (this one from "Straps by Fleur") is maybe the best fit yet!

Show me your Rising Suns or other Tokyo Olympic versions as well!

Does anyone know if it is possible to get one of the Rising Suns in Europe? I know that it is an edition made for the Japanese market, but still has anyone managed to get one of these through the official network (OBs and ADs)? Thank you.

Can’t speak to official network, but it looks like these can be bought on Rakuten for about $6,000 usd if you wait for one of their 10% off sales, which happen roughly every 2 weeks. Been thinking about getting one myself, love the way they look. Not crazy about the caseback, but you don’t have to look at that much if you don’t want to

I guess you speak of Rakuten in Japan, correct?

Correct. I have used the website FromJapan.com to purchase a few things from rakuten and yahoo japan and have had zero issues. The shipments are usually much faster than I expect

Both the grey and maroon suede looks great with the Rising Sun - also loving the blue suede on the 57 reissue!

You can get an idea if you check rakuten or yahoo japan. Prices vary and also depend on condition.
