My son reads these Heroes of Olympus books by Rick Riordan. Get a load of the series logo on the book spine.

I think SWATCH needs to issue a cease & desist. 😀

I’d think the smiley face in my OP would make it fairly clear I’m joking. But the logo on the spine of the book—pretty uncannily resembling a gold Omega winding crown—is real. I assume the resemblance is coincidental.

In 2001, the Ford Motor Company initiated a trade mark dispute involving the galloping mustang logo of our local CFL professional football team. Even though the Stampeders had been using the logo before FoMoCo started using it on the Mustang. Our team still uses the galloping mustang logo.
