Retrofit 1993 Seamaster clasp

I have a Seamaster, reference 2541.80.00 (the Goldeneye watch). I wanted to ask if it was possible to retrofit the adjustable clasp that's on the newer Seamasters on my original bracelet? And if so, what parts do I need to buy to do it?
